If you are sexually active, it is possible to become pregnant even if you are using contraception.

Serenity Pregnancy Resource Center provides FREE Pregnancy Testing. Our pregnancy tests are medical grade and are administered by a Registered Nurse.

If your test is positive, our nurse will determine when an ultrasound should be done to confirm your pregnancy.  In many cases, this may be done the same day.  She will answer any questions regarding the results and discuss your pregnancy options.
